You will need to contact Avaya if you don't have the key codes.

With the dongle Security ID, Avaya can help you with the KEY CODES.
pls contact Avaya.

Found my key codes, but I have a NTSK11ZR and its not listed in the feature set list. What do I choose, I tried a couple but they say invalid after I input the key codes. Any sugestions?

thanks

It would be "Enhanced Business".

You need to make sure your licences are set correctly as well.

thanks janaya
Is there a way someone can check my ID to tell me what packages are installed, I think this is what is giving me error in my key codes.

thanks

You don't need to worry about that. You will come to a section that will ask you for additional packages and here you need to add 214,215,218

So you have all the packages that come with "Enhanced Business" and then you add the above packages.

Will it mater if I skipped that part, I jumped the gun and started the install. or can they be added later? Probably don't need them, we are using it as a basic system not enhanced by any means just a used system we picked up a couple years ago.

thanks

Don't worry, you can't skip additional packagess, if the keycode validated, I assume you have no additional packages. If you had missed additional packages the keycode wouldn't validate,as you're installing you must have entered everything you need to!

Got it all loaded, but I have no Data base to recover from, is there a nice how to from scratch that someone can point me to?

thanks

This is a lot to walk through. I am assuming you don't have a provider that will assist.

You need to set up the following:

1. CDB (Customer Data Block - LD 15)
2. CFN (Configuration Record - LD 17)
3. DDB (Digital Data Block - LD 73)

Then all the little tweaks from there. Did you have a PCMCIA card in the system that may have had an archive on it?

John

:) I know,
this will just be a simple basic system, unfortunatly no archive. i have some old/very old papers i can somewhat start off with. Just wanted to know what to start with first,
1. CDB (Customer Data Block - LD 15)
2. CFN (Configuration Record - LD 17)
3. DDB (Digital Data Block - LD 73)
I'll start here first to see how far i get I have some old prints so I might be able to piece things together.
thanks for the help.

thanks
