Can anyone help.... weird scenario call display 2

Bonnie cant see Sally's call display when calls come in for some reason. She wants to screen her calls.

by changing to DNDD you're not losing anything except seeing your own name when people call you. I am sure there is a logical scenario where someone would need DNDA but I've yet to figure it out.

do you see the persons name that you just dialed? i didn't look it up but i thought that was the purpose of that one. so when i dial a wronge number i see who i am about to make mad

Yes, even with DNDD, I see the called party's name and number on my display. Looks like I didn't have to "give anything up.

Hey John, so with MCR's for key 1 and 2, does the set behave exactly the way a phone with "normal" rollovers"?? I don't undertand exactly how they would hunt to each other... Thanks

you don't need hunt key's. try removing all the appearences of a single scr. then put that mcr on a couple of sets. when my mcr 4940 rings, all lines flash, i pick up the handset, answer key 0, the other lines are idle, someone else calls 4940 key 1 and 2 flash, i get a tone and a name or number on the display. the only thing that changes is when i put key 0 on hold, even if another phone has mcr 4940, they can not see it blink. i use this for most nurses stations, 1000 is 1 east, mcr 1000 is on 20 phones, some ring most just flash. when the main line rings, anyone can answer it, and handle the call or transfer to a pvt ext. it still fna's to a menu service. if i call that same did 20 times, it will still ring ext 1000, six times before it fna;s to mail. hunt only works if all of the mcr 1000 keys are busy. you can add an analog to a mcr by adding mcra to class, either with or without cwa in class (call waiting)
