can anybody help me with a "HELM SERVER"

i have this really big problem, i need to add .flv to mime types so my website can stream the videos...

but for some reason when i go into the helm server i am missing a few icons, one being "mime types

I'll admit, I don't anything about Helm, however I did find this with Google

the package was supplied by zest host, and i access it via a Helm control panel...

i need 2 find this apparently

The people to take this up with is your hosting company, you obviously don't have the necessary direct server access to be able to change whatever it is you will need to change.
