Can an Agent appear in more than 1 CCR Hunt Group? 1

Hi All,

I have a few CCR enabled huntgroups and im in the process of adding a few more which will contain the same user in more than one group....
My first question is can this be done and CCR REport correctly? I only ask as i have created my first group and although the User shows 'Available' the Group section has 0 for availability.

Also where would this stand me in terms of licenses....If said user has a liense and I need him to be in 3 CCR Groups I dont need 3 licenses do i?

You can add them.
It does not matter how many groups as long as it is a ccr agent.
