Can a tool tip show when highlighting something in a combo box?

I have choices in a combo box and would like to have more info show when one is highlighted. In other words when the combo box is clicked and is dropped down and you slide the mouse up or down on different items highlighting one, is an event trigger-able to print something in a label on the form?

Try a select case scenario or an if statement

if combobox.value = whatever it is then
combobox.controltiptext = "Whatever tip you want to show"

I think that works. I think.
