Is the Nortel Option 11C is capable of doing the following on a 2008D or 2317 set:

A number we dial is going to a main number of an office and if you know the extension you enter it once connected.

Is it possible to enter such a entry in our System Speed List or on an Auto Dial key ( I have made AD to accept 31 entries and Syst Sp List allows at least 25)

I have tried 9*area codexxxxxxx****4 digit extension and many combinations of a similar string but nothing seems to work. The call basicly does not even get recognized to reach the main number of that office.

I also tried the same on my 3904 auto dial key but again nothing seemed to work.

Any thoughts.

The whole number is being dial on once. Nortel does not pause with any control. The only way to get this to work is with an external auto dialer (like a Viking dialer) on a analog (500) line that you can program and use a pause, and flash to conference.

You can use the Personal Directory on the M3904 set to insert a pause.
Autodial or speed-dial will not let you insert a pause if your trunks are PRIs.
