I have 2 phones with different extensions. The user wants both phones to ring the same DID/extension at the same time. I can program the DID number to ring to both phones (giving them the same line number) but it won't work when I try to 4-digit dial the extension (last 4 numbers of DID) Does Norstar have what is termed "bridged appearance?

You may want to try answer DN. If you have a manual take a look, you will see it pretty much matches your description. Go under Terminals and Sets. Bring up one of the particular dn's and look for answer dn. Program that particular phone to have the ringing appearence for the other dn. When the one dn rings the other phone will also. Repost if you need more help. I gave you the short answer not knowing your knowledge of the system. Hope that helps.

Kevin.
