I'm trying to satisfy a customer who works in two locations in the same building and wants to have identical phones in each place. Should I set up a key on each set with the number of the other set? What is the prefered configuration?
This is a BCM50 ver 9.0.1.22.524 with model 1220 ip sets.

use answer DNs or you could make a hunt group that rings on both phones and this person's "extension" would be the hunt group number.

I used the answer DN to set up a key on each set with the number of the other set. Both phones ring and the call can be answered from either set. The customer is satisfied. Great! Thanks!
