We have a CCR Tree with 2 main paths that we would like to use during the day and another that we would like to use after hours. Is there a way through tables or something I may be missing in the AA to enable Tree 1 for business and Enable Tree 2 for non-business, so I can train the front desk/reception just how to Open or Close the Business instead of having them get into the SC management and change/enable the two trees?
The client does not want the option for after hours added to their main during the business day message, because it forwards out to an answering service that creates a per call cost.
