Can’t aspect any pool on calling group 777 of Merlin Magix 1

I installed a Merlin Messaging R.4.0 on Merlin Magix System R2.5, but I don’t why the system of Merlin Magix is not allowing me add any pool to a calling group which 777? There are 3 pools which are 70(T1) 898 and 899 (all are path Co Lines). I need you help.

 
it might be assigned to another group already, print out the groups and you will see it

If the autoattendant is setup to answer after a delay (4 rings or more) - then tyhe pools are most likely assigned to another calling group - such as 791 that is being used for overflow.

As Westi suggested - if you have WinSPM - do a print out of your calling group information - and you will see which calling group your pools are currently assigned to.

You need to remove your pools from that calling group or groups - before you can reassign them to calling group 777.

I print out the group calling, there is only one group calling in the system, but it does not have any pool in the group. However there are some phone have assigned two pools for ringing, it may some cause the problem?

I think what's messing up your ability to assign the lines to a calling group is the fact that they are assigned to the QCC Queue.

Does the operator absolutely have to answer each and every line?

In other words, can you do away with the QCC and put in a DLC.

DLC's allow much more flexibility.




 
1) I changed QCC mode to DLC is work. Thank you so much for your help. Can you tell me why it can not be assigned QCC mode?
2) My customer will cancel truck lines which pools 899 and 898, it will only use T1 DID which pool 70. Can you tell me how to assign the AA w/ delay rings that will ring other phones also?
