Can´t send internet messages if user is not listed in address book!.
If I try to send an internet message to a person who belongs
to my domain but it´s not a Notes user I get the following error message:
------- Failure Reasons --------

User not listed in public Name & Address Book

Your Notes Admin team needs to set up address books for your other mail domains - we have OfficeVision on an OS/390 Host, and some POP3 accounts, we have address books for each, update all address books when we migrate folks to Notes. In the meantime, try sending message to fully qualified address for the person - Jane_Doe@mycity.com rather than just Jane_Doe.

Thanks Fred,

I already tried sending message to fully qualified address
and I get the same results. I forgot to mentioned that our ISP changed our IP adresses to NAT. Do you think this could be the problem.

I´ll apreciate your opinnion.

Gus

Somewhere in your Domino configuration, you may need to tweak your addresses to make things match up. Is the NAT at the ISP's end, or did you put in a firewall that does NAT? If so, you may need to make an exception in your firewall that allows your domino server to have a unique address that is what the ISP's mail relay server expects to see. I worked a problem like this with GroupWise a couple of years ago, but am not in the Notes Admin group here, but the principles are the same!
