Callstat Mt/Axinite

Hello
we use the tool of taxation Callstat MT axinite since 2008 as a service to our AVAYA IPBX .
We have a huge problem with this tool if anyone can help us we will be very pleased.
we lost communication from the application CallStat I want to know how can I recover from a file .001
Second problem: the call numbers displayed on the application are not displayed correctly, the last digits are replaced by #, how to remedy this problem.

My guess in you are going to have to contact the support team at axinite as from what i can see this is a reporting tool rather than a mangement tool , so you look to be collecting info on your trunks or something else that is measured , the avaya as long as it is sending the data will not be the issue , what exactly do you use it for and what info do you collect as depending on how the avaya is set up it may well be holding some of this info in bcms if the values are set to both on the items that can be measured.
