calls with not the complete audio 1

Do you have an idea why for some calls I dont have the complete audio. I have the audio only at the end of the call.
 
call may have been transferred from a non recorded extension.

Can you provide more detail, "dont have the complete audio" is not very descriptive

Biglebowskis Razor - with all things being equal if you still can't find the answer have a shave and go down the pub.
 
hi,
the call was held on a recorded extension. The call start at 9:33am and ends at 9:51am.
In Nice query, when I right click on the call and choose "find audio" I dont have the beginning of the call. I only have voice from 8:45 to 9:51.
The call has not benn transferred and has been recorded on the same channel.
 
you need provide more information for this issue..
it is 8.9 or NP version?
whats your integration module?
Whats your logger type?
VOIP,TDM? if Voip active or passive sniffing..?
