System is an NEC Sv8100 with Univerge UM8000 voicemail. I have two extensions that will not go to voicemail after 4 rings. In the UM8000 I have created a profile for the extensions and checked enable call transfer, transfer to subscriber's extension, and selected after 4 rings. This works for other extensions but not for these. New to this system and any help would be appreciated. Also, when you call that extension, if you select VMSG on the phone screen, the voicemail picks up and works properly. Just cant get it to go automatically after 4 rings.
