I have a Norstar with Startalk flash that is setup for calls to be answered by an AA. The Startalk Flash was recently replaced. When the call rings the telephone from the auto attendant,it is forwarded on ring no answer to the voice mail box associated with the dialed extension. When the voicemail box answers, we give the caller the option of dialing a 0 and being forwarded to an extension associated with a bell on the wall. At this point if the call is not answered through call pickup by any number of extensions it reverts back to the voicemail box of the original dialed extension. How can I get it to go to the general delivery mailbox instead?
