Calls to Conference Bridge Via Toll Free Losing Audio

Has anyone had an issue with calling in to an external conference bridge toll free number and losing audio after 15 minutes when calling out on a SIP trunk? Using a Polycom Soundstation connected to a Phone-8 card.

just to rule out the ipoffice, call it from your cell phone and see if it still disconnects after 15 minutes, issue could be on their end.

There is no disconnect. The call loses audio. Other parties outside of the IP Office are still connected and and have audio.
 
Sounds like a timeout in your router/firewall, I imagine other calls would be effected if they also reach 15 mins in duration or is that not the case? :)
