Hi! Guys,
I have a strange problem , that all outside calls thru our NEC IVS 2000 to any number in area code "770" is ending up in a conference bridge which is 405, and is hosted using a conference card.

Please help us fix it, in terms of what MOC command(s) need we do to get this fixed.

Ok the first thing I would be doing is follow the exact dialled digits through the system! So the first thing would be the initial digit/s in CMD 200 and I suspect that will take you to LCR so as a help follow this FAQ....

If this doesn't help, post back!

We are using CM 200>770 and it said WRONG, even we tried another area code 408 and still WRONG. Please see below
COMMAND=200
200>770
200>770:WRONG-

COMMAND=200
200>408
200>408:WRONG-
200>177
200>177:WRONG-
200>405
200>405:WRONG-

Please see below. We are having problem only with area code 770.
What can we do next
COMMAND=200
200>7
200>7:723-

COMMAND=200
200>77
200>77:A100-
200>40
200>40:A127-

look at command 200 again for 17 and 1770 and post results back

Please see below
COMMAND=200
200>17
200>17:WRONG-
200>1770
200>1770:WRONG-

lets try this:

look at command 8a4005 for 17,177,and 1770. Post back results

Here you go:
COMMAND=8A4005
8A4005>17
ASSIGNED ALREADY
8A4005>117
8A4005>117:WRONG-
8A4005>1770
8A4005>1770:0009-

Lets look at a good area code for 8a4005 such as 1408

COMMAND=8A4005
8A4005>1408
8A4005>1408:0001-
8A4005>1510
8A4005>1510:0001-

Change 8a4005>1770 to 0001 and place some test calls

Thank you so much grh959 and OzzieGeorge. You save my day. It worked perfectly. Have a great day.
COMMAND=8A4005
8A4005>1408
8A4005>1408:0001-
8A4005>1510
8A4005>1510:0001-
8A4005>1770
8A4005>1770:0009-0001
OK
8A4005>1770
8A4005>1770:0001-

This is set in Cmd E9 de! first you will have to disable password requirement so Cmd E9 de 9 de 1 exe. then set your new password by Cmd E9 de 0-7 (0 being the lowest level password and 7 being the highest level) de new password exe. Then enable password requirement again by Cmd E9 de 9 de 0 exe

So, I need to enter Cmd E9DE9DE1 to diable password first, then set the new pasword by using Cmd E9DE07 and enable password again by using Cmd E9DE9DE0. Is that correct? Please let me know. Thank you.

Thanks OzzieGeorge I figured it out:
go to MOC mode.
Command=E9
E9>7><PASSWORD>(F2-write)
