Calls stopped routing....rebooted Symposium and corrected but now researching what caused and event log and alarms around time of probelsm....
Can someone explain alarm in sysmposium & Coincides in server event log?:

Event from NT System Log(Service Control Manager), Event: ID=7024, Description: The CCMS MAS Time Service service terminated with service-specific error 41506 (0xA222). .
MAJOR Service nbts terminated unexpectedly.

mas time service wouldn't stop calls from routing but can stop historical data from collecting.

unless other service were down as well this is not the culprit

What was happening to the calls? Were they being misrouted? Were they sent to specific desks only? Did callers get NU, endless ringback?

did you see any error messages on the phone system?

every now and then our cc6 will de-aquire 5 cdns and then stop processing calls

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

i can capture history and see but that 2 days ago.....

Your ELAN communication does have a problem

ELAN011 ELAN 16 host IP=137.135.121.105 disabled due to polling timeout

It seems that the PBX lost the connection to the Symposium.

I concur

"Its just dial-tone. At the end of the day everyone usually gets to go home.
