calls routing incorrectly

What am I doing wrong??? When a caller calls into any of the 8 lines we have, 2 of the lines light up, a small chirp is heard, then ext. 10 starts to ring with the caller. The caller hears, "Your call is being transfered to the receptionist".

any ideas????

had the wrong extensions assigned to hg7. thanks anyway.
