calls rings @ 2 agents

Hi everyone,

Has anyone experienced a call into a split and rings 2 agents at once? i looked at all the parameters and can't seems to understand why...it doesn't happen all the time only on occasion....

I have never heard of that happening. I don't think that configuring the system wrong can make that happen. I would suspect a bug in the software. Call AVaya to have them patch it.
 
I had this problem once few weeks ago. What release of Definity you're running?

It is a new G3 v13 s8710, running CM 3.1.2.632. What happen after you had that problem? did it only happen once?
