It is in the phone system programming.
If you don’t know how/ where to access it, you should probably call your vendor.
Your particular problem is not a bug. It is the system doing what it is programmed to do. The behavior can be caused by a couple of different settings interacting...which is one more reason I would recommend that your call your vendor.
Go into programing go to set show that ext next to capablities
then show thats were the foward on buz is , Then go back one time then next and there you will fine foward on no answer is
the rest is under features settinge that is further down the line keep going next and show when you see feature do show there you will fine it..
