Calls on hold?

Hi,

i was wondering if anyone can rember on the old panasonic PBXs you could get it to make a users phone beep a reminder at regular intervals if they had left a call on hold.

is it possible to do this with the IP office? i cant find it anywhere?

Look at Hold Timeout under the system/Telephony tab. This is where you can change the amount time before recalling to the user who put the call on hold.

this seems to have solved it. i was looking under individual users!
