calls on hold treatment

I have a user that is wanting to know if I can put a repeating (RAN) message to people calling her #. She wants the message to be specific only to her DN because it is the main line for people calling for wharehouse products and they want "advertising" to customers when they are put on hold. Can this be done.

In a queue environment you can as long as caller is in q but what you want is impassable unless you have multi tenet switch then you can.

Are you saying that in an ACD que environment a call on hold can listen to a message through a RAN recording?
 
Just connect your additional music route to a PC which plays the music and commercial announcements (e.g. MP3). Use an ACD queue to play this specific route.
