Hello. I'd like to preface this with a hearty thank you for all the experts and users on this forum. You taught me everything I knew about the old Avaya system I inherited, and helped me to know more about phone systems than I thought I'd ever have to know.
Now the meat of the matter. We moved over to a Mitel 5000 system recently and I've been made aware of a problem. When a user is on the phone and a call rings in it goes straight to voicemail. My vendor claims that there is a flag that can be set on a phone by phone basis that causes this behavior. So, being the intrepid guy I am, I thanked him and started poking around at the system. I was comparing Site A (with the problem) with Site B (which doesn't have this problem). For the life of me I cannot find a difference between them. So can anyone point me at the correct flag for this?
Many Thanks
