Calls not routing to Audix system

Guys I have an issue,

Calls are not routing to users voice-mall after the Coverage path, they instead hear welcome to Audix like they are accessing their own Audix system.
The trace shows that the calls are going through the Sip trunk but they are not accessing the end users audix.
 
I worked before we had some firewall issues but it seems that it's none functional now.
 
I will send a pic of the Trace routes to a users who did not answer all things seem to be working well
 
You have a SIP problem. What kind of Audix is it, and what's the flow to it? Is it like a PBX-->SIP to another PBX-->QSIG H323 to Audix or what?

Basically, CM triggers off certain messages in SIP via headers or history messages to pass along and that's how SIP voicemails know what mailbox's greeting to answer with. In your case, I'd guess that that important piece of information isn't making it's way all the way to your AUDIX box.
 
So I have a SIP trunk that is responsible for sending calls to our VM system (this is up) a trace was done and the calls are going to the correct hunt group.
However it does not hit the users (the called party's) VM box
 
What kind of Audix? What's your private numbering table look like? If it's just a direct SIP connection, it should be simple enough to troubleshoot.
 
Yes kyle it goes to a SIP trunk then to the users Mail box
I did some traces and it is confirmed to be passing on the SIP trunk I ask suspect that it may be a Hunt Group issue as the hunt group shows zero members
I wonder if this is how it should be
 
Yeah, that's how voicemail hunt groups with trunks work. It points to AAR in the 2nd page of the hunt group form.
