Hi all,

I've got a DID entering to a hunt group. After 20 seconds the call should be rerouted to a RAD Group and hanged up.

The Hunt Groups has a call rerouting 1st alternative to the RAD H.G. When you call, after 20 seconds you hear the RAD's message but te calls keeps ringing on the H.G.

Any idea of how to hang up the call?

Best regards.

That is by design, the RAD will play as an announcement and keep the call ringing the orginal device.

What is the hunt group doing? You may be better off using a ring group and then overflowing the call to the RAD.

Thanks Sarond.

I offer the posibility of move to a ring group instead a Hunt group.

Did this meany years ago with a path and RADS. You can use a path with the RAD in there. Once the RAD is played do an interflow and basically point it to nothing.

Apologies if I'm missing some of the details. It really has been like 8 years ago since I used this.
