Calls not going to voicemail

Hi all,

There is one extension in my system that is not working the way all of the others are. When someone calls this extension, if he doesn't answer the call does not go to his voicemail prompt like all of the other extensions. Instead, it goes straight to our receptionist. If he is on a call, the phone will goto his voicemail box without any problems.

His line access properties tab has the Pub. OLI filled out, Fwd No Answer and Fwd Busy both set to the voicemail extension (same as everyone else), and Fwd Delay set to 6.

Any ideas I can check on?

Check the DRT to prime on his Target line.
This is on default to the Reception 221.
Change it to his OWN extn to stop it Priming back to reception.
Also set the IF BUSY setting to BUSY instead off PRIME
