calls not being transferred into voicemail 1

Hi All,

I'm having a problem with new phones that i am setting up. The user will setup voicemail but the calls are not being transferred to the voicemail. They just continue to ring. I have the mitel 3300 ICP and my phone models are the 5212, 5215 and 5220. Previous phones setup prior to me being here do not have this problem...any reason why?

Calls need to be either forwarded to VM or routed to VM.

Most sites that I know of use routing.

Go to the form - Call ReRouting Assignment.

Find a working phone and observe the value for routing on 1st alternative.

Then program the new phone to match.
