Hello all, over the past year our hospital has been implementing Avaya 9611 phones to various medical practices. However, we've been getting complaints from our main switchboard (attendant), the practices, and various callers that calls sometimes go to the main switchboard. The switchboard answers, and the caller is confused and says that they dialed one of the practices. I'm seeing these issues rise to the surface more and more but I'm stuck and don't know how to troubleshoot. Any pointers on where to check? We are using Avaya SA 6.0
