We have recently changed our local carrier PRI's which has created a couple of problems with our XMobile stations and EC500 functionality. Before the change we were able to have the Mapping Mode on the second XMobile station for each user set to "both" so when a user called an extension on our switch from their cell phone associated with the XMobile station it would display that user's extension information on the called party's display. Since the change, when we try to call an extension from the cell phone it rings once and disconnects. I needed to change the Mapping Mode to "termination" to allow the calls to go through for now. Can anyone explain to me what would cause this and how it could be resolved?

Definity 3Gr v11

Thanks.

Are you getting inbound CLI on your new PRI's?
Is the new PRI etsi standard? If so you may need to stuff a lead "0" in on the trunk plan.
ISDN30e from BT dosn't send the lead 0 unless you ask them to.

Speak softly and carry a big switch

Nick44,

Thanks for the reply. The carrier is passing CLID for incoming calls. Isn't ETSI a Eurpean standard? I don't think that applies as I'm in the US.
