We have a CM3.1.5 system where we have flat hunt groups. With an Aux work button we can go to available and to aux work. We have set Queue en vector to yes and calls are being routed through a VDN.
Currently we have the issue that calls in Queue are sometimes not transferred to the stations that are available. The q-calls button is lit and we have to go to aux and back to available to answer the call. Anyone seen this before?
