Calls in queue when Applink fails

Hi

If a call is queuing in a CTI group when applink fails (network cable pulled for the purpose of this test) the call just stays in the queue getting ring tone.

Subsequent calls are diverted to the diviert possition.

BC12 SP5 has an ACPAP no 7 that sets whether calls are diverted when the last agent logs out. I would have thought this was the same thing but apparently not.

Any Ideas?

Have you tried to set acdnum 7 to 1??
