Call's History on Softphone

hello engineers, you may know if there are someway to save the call history on sofphone, because the users from the callcenter can delete that histoy, and we need that information.
We use a AVAYA IP Softphone R6

I believe your question was answered here.
I agree. The best way to control is using the CDR info or even considering a predictive dialing system.
