Calls going to general delivery 1

I have a Norstar MICs with Pri. I have several phones set up with mailboxes starting with extn 8057. All work great except for extn 8059. When calling it internally, the phone rings 4 times then forwards to mailbox 8059. When calling it externally, the phone rings 4 times then forwards to general delivery mailbox. I have check the number of rings before the auto attendant answers, it is set to 4 rings. I have also checked the prime is target line 8059. The mailbox number is 8059 and the extension is 8059. What am I overlooking? Any ideas? The following thread refers to the same problem, but I didn't see a solution. 799-1214753
 
where do I check the transfer recall time?
 
Try setting the extension to fwd to vm at 3 to test. If it doesn't work, then the trouble isn't with a recall timer.
