Calls going to Gen Delivery MB

BCM400 v3.7 fully patched.
Target line 241 goes to HG1. This is set to Broadcast and ring for 180 seconds.
When you ring the number, after 6 rings it goes to Gen Delivery MB.
No Prime set on target line, none of the extensions have any forwarding active.
DRT set to Off, Transfer callback timer set to Off.
The handsets used in the HG are T7100, as the HG settings against the handsets are ring only, would this be the issue why all calls go to GD after 6 rings.

Any help anyone?

if yes

remove

if no

remove from hg
make private to a set"any set"
drop out of prog
log back into prog
remove private line from set
prog back to hg

verify no mbox with recieved digit match
