I can't figure out why 1 of our extensions (5410 digital phone off an IP500) is going straight to voicemail. I've compared the user to another that is working fine and can't find any differences. Can someone give me a few recommendations on what this could be. If I call the number, it rings once and the voicemail picks up. Forwarding is not on in IP Office. I'm not sure if there is something on the phone that may have been turned on. I don't have the phone near me so I can't troubleshoot it by looking at the menus and not sure what to tell the user at this point. Next step for me would be to recreate the user on the phone switch, but wanted to see if someone knew a setting on the phone that could be active that I can't see from the switch.
