Calls Going Straight to Personal Line

Hello, I have an office with three Nortel phones. Normally, when a client it would, it would give them the option to choose between three extensions (221, 222, 223).

Now, there is no option to do so and instead the calls are directed straight to Extension 221 and the voicemail greeting plays. How do I change this?

You probably need to turn on night service mode.

Could be also someone changed the Answer Lines to NO in the AA, who knows, Could be several things
