Can anyone define this field of the Application Display? I am unsure if these are calls disconnected by the system, or disconnected because of long wait times. I could be wrong on both guesses here...
Calls given to terminate is calls that have been routed out of the symposium through the script. Such as with a ROUTE CALL command or DISCONNECT. The script routed or terminated the call, the caller did not abandon the call.
