Hi all. We have a number of independent systems based on IP403 with a variety of add-on modules. The systems with VM pro are having the following problem:
Once all huntgroup exts are busy and the queue is full, the next caller gets disconnected... the calls all show as a missed call in call status with an abandon time of 0:00. Most are on 1.4, some are still on 1.3, but having the same problem... We have found no way around this, tried the DDI to the huntgroup and this is OK, just happens when VM Pro is introduced into the call flow. Help.... been scratching me head for weeks...
