I have one line that transfers to a non-existant line #300 instead of (user who was called) VM. Does anyone know how to correct this? Any help would be appreciated!

Also,

fwd on no ans = set to 300 (Same as all other sets)
number of rings = 4

does 300 show up as VMDN when doing F985?

if so, you'll probably have to build a mailbox for the concerned extn

Also,

Transfer callback is set to 6

DRT delay is set to 10

Yes, 300 shows as the VM DN when using feature 985.

The extension being called works properly when called from any other phone in the building.

It says "300" and I don't hear anything. Usually it will display the VM name and I hear the user's greeting.

does it stop ringing after 4 rings?

the mailbox doesnt have a greeting recorded

After 4 rings it displays 'DAN>300', then just '300' with silence. Dan is the user who's VM I am trying to get to...

The mailbox that I am trying to call can be called from any other etension in the building. It is a known working extension/VM.

I rebooted the system and that seems to have fixed the problem. Thank you for all of your help senk1s.
