I know sometimes you cann't see the forest for the trees but i need a little help. customer has call pilot on ext. 35 set up to answer on night ringing only. He has 4 lines which are appear only at cp. Call forwarding is not on any station but the cp answers after 4 rings during the day. what am I missing, why is it answering durning the day?

Calls forwarding to call pilot

Sounds like the Auto Attendent is set to answer after 4 rings.You do not program extention 35 that is the call pilot Pilot number.Go into the callpilot programming to AA ,lines, enter the line number you are using and change the number of rings for each line.
