Hi,
I’ve a cluster resiliency with a 3300 MXE (master) and 3 Cxi Release 5.0.
My issue is when I active the facility Forwarding we looks always the primary controller (MXE) and the phones who are forwarded from the others controllers takes always the outgoing Line (PRI) from the MXE and not from the PRI of is own controller.
Anyone knows how to oblige the outgoing calls leave for their own PRI from their own controller when they are forwarded?

Thank you

Typically what controller the phone uses to make its calls out of the system is controlled by Class of Restriction. You just need to setup class of restriction to make sure the calls go out via the PRI on the secondary controller. My question would be what controller do the phones have as their primary controller. Almost sounds like they are all on the MXe and only failover to the CXi's. If that is the case you need to use Route lists in the MXe so the phones can be directed out the correct controller.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
