Calls forward to voice when shouldn't

norstar 7.1 cp 3.1 in a school ext are 4xx range, voice mail boxes in 5xx range. voice mail boxes are set for msg notification to corresponding ext. ie ext 413, mb is 513. external calls to ext on a rna, forward to corresponding vm box with out any call forward in place. would like call to terminate at ext.thank you

yes, cfna and cf busy are set to none

What is the prime for the lines. If it is the VM DN that could be the problem. But Dosen't add up still should ring and ring.
How do the calls get to the phones AA or somebody transfering to them.

What happens if you just call the phones internally, does it do the same thing.

the fact that your exts and vmail boxs are different is kinda odd but probably not causing your problem.
