IPO running R10.0. IPO server edition, Phones are registered to the IP500. One users calls are dropping and stating the text "backup failed" on the phone. Replaced the phone with a spare and still continued. I just recreated the user and continuing to monitor. Just wondering if anyone has seen this before? It's isolated to this user.
