Calls Dropped

Hi all,
Recently installed an IPO v9.1. Been up and running for the past 2 months relatively no problems except for sporadic dropped calls.
I have monitored using System Status. For example, my call was dropped but no others. I little while later another call was dropped. Does not happen all the time. No errors are displayed for the lines.
Using a PRI line with Comcast.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Ok had Comcast monitor the circuit. They are saying that my system gave "bye" signal when they saw the drops.

Just had this problem. Customer had a certain number that would disconnect 80% of the time it was called. I could watch the call on Monitor and System Status. I could watch the call hit Verizon's switch and say goodbye. Normal call clearing! Sounds like the same problem. Contacted Comcast Pri Trunking Group and they sent the ticket to Level 2 Gurus who eventually did a reroute and solved the problem.
