Calls bouncing back to switchboard

We are getting a problem where calls that are transfered to a Mitel ACD system are bouncing back to the switchboard (SC2000) on a SX2000, rather than queuing on the ACD, after a period of time.

Is there anything I can check which might be causing this?

No, Rads wont cause a call to leave a queue.

I don't think Dial out of queue was ever added to the 2K either

Only Interflow would cause this. Check timer and destination of interflow.
