Calls Between a Primary NRS and SIP Provider

Hi guys, these days I was thinking about make sip calls from our CS1000E (setting up our Primary NRS having one endpoint)and using differents SIP accounts as Skype, N2p and Vonage. Is it possible??? . The point is how do I get my NRS and the provider SoftSwitch joined.

I would think they would have to be static endpoints in the NRS

Thanks for your words, but that means Skype`s Softsiwtch has get SIP registration from our NRS, has`nt it? I`m not sure that they are going to give me calls access in this way.
