An employee is on vacation and her calls are ringing at another station after 'cover' is displayed after one ring. Her voicemail eventually answers but its apparently ringing at another desk.

There is no bridged appearances for this extension pointing it there so I am not sure why it is.

I remotely disabled any call forwarding or SAC but to no avail.

Any info would appreciated.

i suppose this coverage path kicks in after no answer which directs it there. I just dont know why.

What does the "status station 1226" show? The calls surely are going to the coverage (as per trace). Check if SAC or anything is still activated on station . If nothing check with a new coverage path & than try resolving..
