Calls automatically requeuing

Hi all

we've been having an intermittent problem for a while now effecting different users on different phones. Calls are routed to them by Symposium but before they even get a chance to answer, the call is gone and the phone display goes to 'Call Requeued'. The users all use headsets, so the phone beeps rather than rings. They say that when the problem occurs the phone does not beep. I have dismissed this in the past as a user problem, but it is getting to common and becoming a real problem.

Any ideas???

I am having the same problem on SECC 4.2. We jsut downloaded new firmware to the phones and updated the PEPs in the PBX to see if this will solve the problem. We are using 3905s with verison 87 firmware. What are you using?
