calls are redirecting out to mobile even with EC500 disabled

Hello.

I have a station that is redirecting out to a mobile number but I cannot find where to change this on CM.

The call is hitting our PBX and bouncing right back out again immediately.

Other stations are set up with EC500 no problem. This one is just acting strangely.

Run the command status station 1045 and look for the EC500 Status to ensure it is disabled.
Run the command list call-forward to ensure the station isn't forwarding calls to the off-net number.

Those are two starting points to try.
 
status station will show if it's forwarded as well. list call forward show all phones that are forwarded
